Wyre Forest CRC riders continued to amass points in the Midland SPOCO time trial championship with solid performances in the latest round promoted by Warwickshire RC on an undulating 28 miles course near Flyford Flavell. 

Chris Morris was again the top club rider finishing 9th with a time of one hour 7 minutes 38 seconds closely followed by Andy Convery (11th in 1-07-59) and Phil Hunt (18th in 1-09-42) to secure the team victory.  They were supported by the ever consistent Adrian Manning (27th in 1-14-59) and the improving David Briggs (29th in 1-15-18). 

Race winner in a top class entry was trade team rider Matt Clinton who set a course record of one hour and 56 seconds.  After six races in the 15 event series Morris and Hunt are in first and second place respectively. 

The riders will be in action again next weekend when Wyre Forest CRC will promote the latest SPOCO round on the Astley circuit near Stourport
